So cute... I like how the background goes along with the picture. The ribbons on the hair are a nice touch, hehe.
The only reason this isn't a perfect ten is because part of the eye looks like it should be covered up by the hair.
The eye itself has a sweet, abstract feel to it. I should learn to do that.
